基于数值仿真的蝶阀性能对比分析

摘要 以连续性方程、三维雷诺平均N-S方程和基于各向同性涡粘性理论的k-ε方程组成蝶阀内部流动数值模拟的控制方程组,并根据数值计算具体要求,设定出适当的边界条件,采用结构与非结构网格相结合有限体积法对控制方程组进行离散,应用CFD软件Fluent对双偏心蝶阀、单偏心蝶阀、桁架式蝶阀以及龟背式蝶阀进行内部三维湍流流动数值模拟的对比分析.通过对数值模拟结果的分析和对比,在获得蝶阀宏观性能曲线的基础上,分析其内部微观流场结构与宏观外部特性之间的关系.通过分析,桁架式蝶阀全开时的过流特性最优,双偏心蝶阀改善了阀门的动力特性和逆向自密封性,使它具有优良的调节特性和增加阀门的使用寿命.通过对比分析,获得四种蝶阀的性能以及各种蝶阀的特点,从而为蝶阀的设计和选用提供参考.

Abstract: The three dimensional numerical simulation was applied for inner flow field of the double eccentric butterfly valve by the semiimplicit method for pressure linked equation SIMPLEC and the k-ε turbulence model based on the theory of isotropic eddy viscosity. The overall performance was predicted, and the curves of characteristics of inherent flow, regulation were also obtained. The study has important theoretical significance and a wide range value of production and application for inner flow optimization and grasping the regulation ability and macro features of the valves. According to the numerical results, the performance of flow in trusstype butterfly valve is optimal when valve is full open. The dynamic  characteristics and reverse selfsealing ability of double eccentric is improved and made both its regulation characteristics and service life better. By the comparison, the performance and characteristic of four kinds of butterfly valves can be obtained, which can provide a reference for butterfly valve design and selection.
