Abstract：The CAD/CAM software Pro/E was used to model the frame of vertical radial press concrete pipe machine. Static analysis, modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis have been carried out based on the ANSYS Workbench simulation platform. Hot rolling H steel has been used as the column and beam of the tube machine frame, whose material is Q235B. Through the static analysis, when the load change of the lower mobile platform is great, with the replacement of large diameter mold, the supporting cylinder and traction cylinder structure strength is insufficient. Through the modal analysis, it is shown that the lateral support stiffness of the pipe making machine is insufficient, and its stability of the lower order vibration of the whole frame should be strengthened according to the low order mode. According to the transient analysis, the transient stress concentration area of the pipe machine frame is mainly on the column and lateral support, which is consistent with the expectation, and needs to be strengthened. Through the static, modal and transient analyses, the rationality of frame design, and design optimization were verified and, impact load with the change of time on the frame structure were studied, which provided the necessary basis for the design of large diameter vertical radial press concrete pipe machine.
