Application of variable frequency speed regulation technique in pump control system

Abstract:The electric power consumption of water pumps accounts for 30%~50% cost in the water making.How to lower the consumption of electricity and to reduce the cost is the major task in water factories.The principle of energy saving by variable frequency and speed adjusting in the pump control system is introduced.The application of variable frequency technique in a real pump control system is studied as an example.The method not only can economize the energy,but also bring convenience to operation,make equipments circulate more steady,prolong the life span of the equipments,and provide the assurance for the production safety.
