Abstract:Due to the characteristics of the two-stage dam pumping station for the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, which works under low water level and wide water surface of its up and down stream, the pump system type, pump transmission style and unit regulation form are compared and analyzed respectively. Numerical simulation on flow passage is presented in order to determine where to put the bulb unit of tubular pump, and the situation where the outlet flow passage transifer from roundness to squareness is also designed with high grade.
