Abstract:Taking the 600QW3500-16-220 sewage submarine pump as an example,by analyzing the force and moment inside pump,the key parameters in the design are summarized,and the problem about the leak and strength of the auto-coupled device are solved.The key parameters are related to the hydrodynamic parameters and its weight.By analyzing the force of the draining base,the choice and the distribution in the bolts in the draining base are determined.submersible sewage pump;auto-coupled setting;auto-coupled locking angle
