Abstract The document of Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the Reform of Innovative and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities promulgated by the State Council established the basic principles of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, which includes aiming at all, classified teaching, combining professions and strengthening practice. Through the profound understanding of the scientific connotation of these principles in the theoretical level, this study focuses on solving the four important problems that must be faced with the rooting of these basic principles: in what way could "alloriented" be closely integrated with "categorized teaching", how does school education and continuing education work closely with each other, how should quality education and vocational education be integrated and how does "learning by teaching" and "learning by doing" adapt to and cooperate with each other scientifically? Through the indepth discussion of these important issues, this study aims to answer the current practical confusion in the process of innovative entrepreneurship education.
