Abstract The purpose of academy and the charm it lies is to turn the foul and rotten into the rare and ethereal, and turn the complicated issues to be simple. The high level research achievements should explain the complicated issues and profound knowledge in a kind of simple language instead of the opposite. The tender feelings of academy come from the course of pursuing truth, and it was embodied in the rational knowledge and the academic feelings of dedication to good, beauty and social responsibility. The rational knowledge and the academic feeling of university & its members are not two independent elements. They emanated from the university culture and formed the university culture in turn. It is the unique culture that makes university become serious and cold when advocating truth and warm and passionate when pursuing knowledge at the same time.
