| Research on the organizational model of firstclass disciplines from the perspective of synecology |

Abstract Although China′s higher education policy has pointed out the direction of the construction of firstclass disciplines, and proposed that we should innovate the organizational model of disciplines and create more peaks of disciplines, what kind of organizational models of firstclass disciplines should be presented is still in the process of exploration. From the perspective of synecology, the construction of firstclass disciplines should have the vision of synecology. However, in reality, the organizational model of firstclass disciplines has some problems, such as the solidification of discipline organization characteristics, the destruction of discipline ecological law, lack of discipline relevance gathering, lack of discipline dynamic balance and so on. Under the guidance of the ecological view of synecology, the organizational model of firstclass disciplines can be considered from several aspects, such as the symbiotic combination mode based on discipline association, the dominant combination mode based on discipline support, and the fusion combination mode based on discipline intersection.
