Abstract To realize the thorough implementation and the unity of form and spirit of professors′ academic governance, there is a long way to go for local colleges and universities. The premise is to clarify the logic and boundaries of professors′ academic governance, perfect the system frame which matches the colleges and universities inside and outside and elect the professors who are willing and able to perform academic governance. The main content includes unconventional academic events, important academic affairs and daily academic life. The main task is to promote standardization, spread interpretation, collect controversy, point out problems, submit proposals, discuss and help govern the affairs, vote, point out unconventional academic events, burden proof, question evidence, judge by the truth and punish corruption.
