| To Integrate Discipline with Specialty: A Strategy for Developing New Colleges of Undergraduate Education |

Abstract Now that the new undergraduate university is newly built, its discipline construction is not likely to be the same as that of the traditional colleges and universities which occupy the leading position of disciplines with their focus on highgrade, precise and advanced fields, nor can it make efforts to promote the discipline construction after its maturity of specialty construction or getting the qualification of enrolling postgraduates. According to the phases of discipline development, a new undergraduate university should take the corresponding strategy of construction so as to advance the discipline construction actively and steadily, which will not only provide a powerful guarantee for developing its qualified undergraduate education but also set up a solid foundation for its postgraduate education in the future.
