The analysis on influencing factors of the educational performance of college students′ intelligent manufacturing competitions: a multi-case study of 10 competitions

Abstract: At present, college students′ intelligent manufacturing competitions are held with fewer times, the competition system is not mature, and the generation rate and conversion rate of key technologies are low, so the educational performance needs to be optimized. Using the method of multicase study, with the starting point of the educational performance, this study summarizes and extracts 24 influencing factors from 5 dimensions of the government, demand, industry, university and competition in the competition chain. Based on the ISM method, the hierarchical structure and logical relationship of direct and indirect influencing factors of the educational performance in intelligent manufacturing competitions are systematically analyzed. To improve the educational performance of college students′ intelligent manufacturing competitions, China should develop competition support policies driven by industry demand, comprehensively promote the connotation construction of the competition platform, build the "academic pass" brand of the competition, attract multisubject and multifactor support in the competition chain, and guide participants to improve the level of competition preparation.
